Do You Ship Internationally?
No. Currently we only ship within Australia. This is due to Covid and Customs regulations and restrictions.
What Are Your Shipping Costs?
FREE Shipping is currently offered Australia Wide on any order over $50! Postage under this amount is automatically calculated at the checkout.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
We post off orders Monday to Friday, excluding Australian National Public Holidays the State of Victoria and Bendigo public holidays. After receiving payment for your order as cleared funds, orders are posted on the next business day.
How long your order takes to reach you, or the receiver depends on how your payment is processed and the type of products you have ordered. Generally orders arrive within ten business days within Australia. If an item is on back-order, we will combine your order as one parcel and ship it to you once all items for your order are ready to go.
Please note due that due to COVID-19 there are delays with Australia Post delivery times. This is out of our control and we will endeavour to provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can keep track of your delivery. Express Post, whilst not overnight, is still the quickest way to to get any order delivered to you.
Which Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?
You can pay using Visa and MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards. Australian customers can also pay in four interest free instalments with Afterpay. All payments are processed on secure servers utilising the latest SSL technology. No credit card information is stored on the website as we utilise third party secure servers, such as those provided by Stripe, to process your payment. You may also choose to deposit the money for your order directly into our bank account.
What Is Your Returns Policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases.
Any product purchased from Hugs Across The Cosmos, either online, through a market stall, event and/or from our premises, may be returned within the first 14 days (with return postage paid by yourself). Your refund may be in the form of either store credit, partial or full refund and/or we may also send to you a replacement product upon confirmation of an item being damaged.
